Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Connect Christ, Connect Gospel, or Connect Worshipper mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Apps.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Connect Christ account. Certain features, such as participating in a live prayer session, require you to be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Apps only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the Apps.

When you use the Apps, you agree NOT to:

• Post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or share any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor. Such conduct is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Impersonate any person or church, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Use the Apps to spam, scam, distribute malware, harvest user data, or circumvent security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Apps.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, reports to legal authorities.

You retain ownership of the content you post (text, images, audio, comments). By posting, you grant ConnectChrist a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Apps for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

Church administrators on Connect Gospel may post sermons, songs, quotes, events, and broadcasts. ConnectChrist does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for church-generated content. Each church is solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content it publishes.

The Apps include a built-in reporting tool. You may report any post, comment, song, news article, or church profile that you believe violates these Terms. Reports related to child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) are escalated immediately and may be referred to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities.

ConnectChrist may remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke church-admin access at its sole discretion to enforce these Terms.

Some Apps include an in-app store where physical goods (such as apparel, books, devotional items) are sold by ConnectChrist or partnered churches.

• Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or pricing is incorrect).
• Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options may be available depending on your location.
• Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Refunds and Returns: Refund and return policies are stated at the time of purchase. Defective or incorrect items may be returned within the stated window. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Coupons: Promotional coupon codes may be revoked or excluded from certain products at our discretion.

The Apps, including their design, code, branding, and original content (excluding user-generated content and Bible text), are owned by ConnectChrist and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Bible content within the Apps is provided under public-domain or licensed translations. Song lyrics and audio remain the property of their respective rights holders.

The Apps integrate with third-party services including Firebase (Google), Razorpay, and Cloud TTS. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ConnectChrist does not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Content shared in the Apps (including prayer requests, devotional material, and church teachings) is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectChrist and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Apps at any time and delete your account from within the Apps. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account poses a safety or legal risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Apps. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
